Client Success Manager – Client SuccessAs a Client Success Manager, Autumn Driskill values communicative partnership, transparency in results, and taking an educator's role for partners in the ever-changing digital space. Her work is showcased by consistent client success stories across varying industries (including finance, home services, and industrial manufacturing) and tactic-based certifications by Google, HubSpot, and more. She is passionate about connecting with people and the technical aspects of digital marketing, particularly advertising technology. Her expertise includes paid media, data analytics, and ensuring continued client satisfaction.
Autumn studied Business and Commerce at the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!) before her time as an internal marketing coordinator on the client side of the agency relationship. She then transitioned to become a Digital Sales Specialist and eventually a Digital Marketing Manager with a Fortune 500 broadcast & digital group. Her recent experience also includes time with a B-Corporation certified marketing agency where she specialized in client relationships & digital strategy while contributing to values-based projects such as local B-Corp happenings and DEI initiatives. She prides herself on servant leadership, promoting an inclusive environment throughout the workplace, and questioning the "why" behind just about everything.
Autumn is originally from the Northern Virginia area. She enjoys hiking with her two rescue dogs, Mabel & Grey, reading memoirs and debut novels, and working on multimedia art projects. She enjoys both relaxed nights binge-watching new TV shows or playing cozy video games as well as going on adventures across the country to see friends, loved ones, and new places altogether. She values her community and cherishes giving back by volunteering time with a non-profit art studio as an artist herself, special event coordinator, and storyteller through the National Alliance on Mental Illness. Additionally, she provides rescue rides for at-risk dogs in shelters and advocates for important human rights causes, such as LGBTQ+ equality, disability justice, and various women's empowerment organizations close to her heart.
